To enrol a client in a training session within Digiforma, go to the Learners tab of the corresponding session.

From here we have several options 👇

1️⃣ Company Employee: We select this option in the event that our client is doing training that has been requested by a company for its workers. Training courses are usually carried out during working hours.

2️⃣ Private Client: If the learner who participates in the training does so on their own and in their free time, then we select this type of client.

3️⃣ Self-Employed Client : If the participant is self-employed regime and has their own professional identification number, then select this option. To add this type of learner to a session, must click on "add a private client:"

In the client's file, select "Create a new learner:"

When creating the file, you can select the status of the client: Then choose "self-employed."

Don't forget to save before leaving 😉

When you return to the training session, in the "Learners" tab, your client will be added as a self-employed person.

The organisation to which they are linked will have an impact on the training session.
