In Digiforma, "learners" are the participants in the different training sessions. The same person who attends two different training sessions will therefore be counted twice.

The number of learners is not the number that appears in your database, but rather the number of participants that your centre has per year. Therefore, we always talk about participants and not potential clients.😉

To find out how to choose the subscription that best suits your business, consult 👉 this article.

🚨 Excess number of learners included in the subscription

Digiforma dynamically calculates this number over a rolling year, i.e. over the last 365 days from today's date: this is not a calendar year count, and there is no reset.

💡 If an overrun is calculated on your account, then a red alert message will appear at the top of your account, warning you that your subscription is no longer adequate and that a block will be activated.

If this message appears, contact the Customer Relations Team, and we will help you to change your subscription 😉

In the case of an annual subscription, you will be billed pro rata for the months remaining in the current year and your subscription anniversary date (i.e. the next scheduled billing date) will remain the same. The billing year of your Digiforma subscription begins on the date of your first invoice.

To track your quotas and find out where you stand, go to Profile > My subscription > Tracking:

You can also find this information between two given dates if you want to see the number of learners over the year and with a bit of forecasting. To use this date filter, go to the Performance Reports > Business performance tracking tab of your Digiforma account.

Once inside, click on "Learners" and use the date filters to apply the 365 period you want to see, and click "Apply:"

The number of participants will appear below the number of hours completed, as shown in the screenshot (☝️).
