In Digiforma, creating micro-certifications works the same way as for any other type of document template!

To generate a micro-certification at the end of your training session, go to the "Tracking" submenu of your training session then to the "Learner follow-up" tab.

From the “Learner Tracking” tab, you have two options:

Use the micro-certifications zip folder:

The micro-certifications zip folder allows these files to be generated at once for all learners in the same training session.

Generate an individual micro-certification:

To make the "micro-certification" option appear on a specific learner, first click on the name of the learner you want to select.

The “Micro-Certification” options will appear just below the certificate of completion and the certificate of attendance!

👉 If you have created multiple micro-certification templates, you can then select the template you wish to use from the drop-down menu.

The micro-certificate identification number will be used to give a unique number to each certificate you've created.

Once the micro-certification has been generated, the same options will be displayed as for the other document templates!
