In Digiforma, the background image of micro-certifications can be replaced to create a personalised diploma! Here's an overview of what you can do to adapt your future certificates to your business.

Where can I change my diploma template?

To modify your diploma template, first go to the "Settings > Document templates" tab.

Then scroll down to the "Micro-certification" section to create or add a new template 👇

Upload a new background image

Click on "Change background image" to add a new background to your diploma:

Choose large format images with high transparency to improve the readability of the document. Once the new image has been uploaded, if you don't like it, simply click on "Reset background" to return to the initial image. If you like it, click on "save!"

Modify the .PSD file

To ensure a document template in the correct format, we provide you with the file used to create the document background. You can download and edit it to, for example, change the colors of the base document patterns and upload it back to Digiforma.

⚠️ This option requires having Photoshop software and knowing its basics.

Download the template in PSD format by clicking on "Certificate Template" 👇

Next, open the template in Photoshop. The folders are displayed under layers.

⚠️ The first folder is the folder that refers to all the texts in the PSD file. They are just there to help place the images. Editing them will not affect the final document.💡 Remember to hide this folder by clicking on the eye icon before exporting in PNG format.

The next two folders refer to all geometric shapes. You can change the color or position. However, be careful with the readability of the document (do not use very strong colors).

When you are happy with your file, hide the "texts" folder and then export the final document in PNG format. You can then import it into the document template editor by clicking "Change background image."

How to generate different micro-certification templates?

You can create different templates to customise your certificates to match your training sessions 🚀

As you have already seen, you can generate several templates from the Settings > Document templates tab.

To do this, simply click on "Add a template" 👇

You can then create a new version of your micro-certification and save it.
