When you generate a micro-certification in Digiforma, you can then share the link with the learner so that they can display it on their LinkedIn profile. The certification obtained at the end of their training will then be automatically entered in the Licenses & certifications section of their profile as in the example below:

1 - Fill in your LinkedIn ID on your profile:

To ensure that your training organisation is correctly listed on LinkedIn, you need to enter your company's LinkedIn ID on your profile.

To do this, go to your profile by clicking on your organisation name, then click on "My centre" and then on the ‘Options’ tab.

Then fill in the ‘Linkedin Company ID’ field in the ‘Micro-certifications’ section.

To find your LinkedIn Company ID, you need to be an administrator of your LinkedIn Page. Access the Administrator view of the LinkedIn Page from the All Pages or Home tab. The LinkedIn company ID is the value indicated after ‘/company/’ in the URL.

2 - Share the micro-certification on LinkedIn:

You can then share it in two ways.

1/ Sharing by email:

When you send an email to your learner, you have the option to insert the HTML tag "link to micro-certification" into your email template.

To do this, go to Settings > Email templates > Learner emails > Sending a micro-certification, and click on the link that is below to open our default template.

The template should already have the "Link to micro-certification" tag loaded. However, if for some reason it is not there, you can use the search bar to bring it up.

Then simply drag and drop the tag into the body of the email as shown below.

To send the email to your learners, select the session for which they are enroled, and in the session menu go to Tracking > Learner follow-up.

Under "List of learners," locate the student to whom you'd like to send the link, and click on the email icon under Micro-certification:

The learner will then receive an email with a link allowing them to directly access the sharing page. Once they have followed this link, all they have to do is click on "Add to profile:"

The learner will then be redirected to their LinkedIn account where they can save their certification in their profile.

2/ Direct sharing:

In the Tracking > Learner follow-up menu of a training session, you have the possibility to directly access the sharing page of a micro-certification. Simply click on "Micro-certification" under the training document generation buttons.

Then share the page URL with your learners directly so that they go to the LinkedIn landing page again!
