Welcome to the new version of your Digiforma account! ✨

Based on the feedback and suggestions for improvement we've received from our customers, we have simplified the interface with the aim of optimising the use of Digiforma! The application has been redesigned to be more user-friendly and better adapted to your needs.

Here's an overview of our main objectives for this redesign:

  • Create an intuitive web application with a simplified user path that's easy to use, easy to access and tailored to the needs of our users. So you can set up your training sessions more efficiently.

  • Make a more responsive web application, accessible on mobile phones and other devices!

  • Modernize our interface by incorporating our mascots Walter and Zoe, to make creating and managing your sessions more fun!

General Navigation - Left Menu Bar

New menu "All Digiforma:" At the very top of the menu bar on the lefthand side of your screen you will find other links to the Digiforma galaxy: Digiformag. You will also find links to our website to consult the list of new products, the Terms of Use, or our referral programme 👇

What was formerly the "My Account" tab of the menu now exists in two new sections:

Settings and My Profile

  • First, in the left menu bar, there is "Settings," which includes all the templates (for emails, documents, task lists), the access account management page, "My Brand," and the "Learners' Portal."👇

  • My Profile: For everything concerning the menus related to "My profile," "My centre" and "My subscription," as well as the page to disconnect, change centre and change language, you will navigate to the top bar where you see the area dedicated to your account (click on the name of your centre)👇

Help and Support

This is where you can find tutorials and help content. This is also where you can contact support via the "Contact Us" submenu 👇

The search bar and notifications

It is now visible in the bar at the top of the screen, so you can easily use it at any time 👇

Notifications also appear in the bar at the top of the screen with the "bell" icon.

Navigating through sessions

Within the sessions you can navigate through the sequences that make it easier for you to use.
It is divided into 4 tabs that represent the 4 main stages of organizing training sessions:

  • Settings allows you to configure your training session: price, dates, modules, clients, students, program and teacher
    .

    • Students/Dates is divided into two parts: Dates and Students.

    • The training location is no longer integrated with dates and students: it has been moved to the Initialization submenu .

    • Program/Instructors is divided into two: Program and Instructors .

  • The management tab allows you to generate and send all the documents for the session: contracts, agreements, evaluations, diplomas, invoices...

  • The student space is used to prepare student training during the session: sharing documents and organizing e-learning sequences.

  • Once a session has started or ended, the tracking feature can be used to manage attendance and absences, track student achievement, send certificates, and monitor session quality
    .

    • The "Emails" and "History" tabs, formerly part of the "Emails" menu, have been moved to a dedicated Tracking > "Emails" submenu.

    • The "Absences" tab, currently part of the "Enrollments" menu, has been moved to a dedicated submenu under the Tracking > Absences menu.

Zoe, the co-pilot of your organization

Our colleague Zoe has arrived on your Digiforma platform to help you manage your organization day by day in the space on the right. This new function allows you to consult information related to the page you are on at any time
.

Whether it's your to-do list for a session, the numbers in your activity reports, or links to relevant help center articles, the Violeta space is meant to make your life easier and help you use Digiforma.


This bar is stationary and cannot be collapsed.


As you will see, it contains information that helps with whatever section you're currently working on.

Digiforma now accessible by phone

With this visual redesign, we have worked to make Digiforma accessible on your phone or tablet. Now you can check your schedule or your training sessions directly on your phone to save time 📱
