How many students are going to use Digiforma in one calendar year: 200, 500, 1500 or more?
Note: The computer program counts at all times the number of students enrolled throughout a year. ⚠️ A student who attends two different sessions will be counted twice. This calculation is available in the "Activity Reports" tab.
How many administrative or commercial people will use Digiforma: 2, 5 or more?
How many trainers will use Digiforma (internal and/or external): 3, 20 or more?

Digital Billing
I just subscribed to Digiforma. When will I receive my invoice?
The monthly or annual subscription to Digiforma is validated with the establishment of a SEPA direct debit.
Since direct debit is not an immediate payment method, the first invoice is automatically issued within approximately 7 days. All of them will be available for download in your Digiforma account, from the Account > My subscription tab.
No fixed term
Digiforma is either a monthly or annual subscription software, it depends on what you choose at the time of purchase.
The start date is indicated in the registration confirmation email. This subscription will then be automatically renewed for a period of the same duration, unless a written request is sent to the Digiforma team at least 7 days before the next subscription date.
