Each user access account is linked to an identification email address and a password.
What to do if you forget your password?
If one of your stakeholders or administrators has forgotten their password, they can simply click on “Forgot your password?” on their login page to request a password reset:
Please note: They must correctly enter the current login email registered in Digiforma to proceed.
They will then receive a link by email which will allow them to generate a new password by clicking on “Reset password.”
Change password from your account
To request a change to your password while already logged in, go to the Account tab > My Profile > Change my password.
Note: You will need to confirm your current password to successfully complete the operation.
