Digiforma trial period
You can test out Digiforma's features completely free of charge for 14 days, you just need to create your account. This is the best way to know if Digiforma meets the training needs of your organisation 😉
You can follow this link to create your free trail account - *Note: choose the language version based on the country that your training centre mainly operates from when creating your account.
You can then change the display language to English, Spanish, French, Italian, or German depending on your needs once you're inside the platform.

How does payment work?
Your subscription is established through a SEPA direct debit, on a monthly or annual basis (according to what you have selected). This subscription renews automatically unless you have specified otherwise.
Can I use Digiforma without subscribing?
At the end of the trial period the "PRO" features will be deactivated, but you will be able to continue using the free version of the software. This includes, for example, features linked to administrative management.
Will I still have all the data entered during the trial period once I subscribe to Digiforma?
Absolutely: All information and data that you enter during the trial period will be saved and available once you have subscribed. You will find your account just as you left it 😉
If, on the other hand, you choose to use the free version of Digiforma, you will not have access to the PRO data that you have entered during your trial version (such as, for example, activities or eLearning sequences), but you will be able to access them again once you decide to subscribe. They will never be deleted.
I'm not convinced: I want to delete my Digiforma account
To delete your account, as well as all the data associated with it, contact us directly by chat or by email indicating the email address to which the account you wish to delete is linked.
What do I do if I want to cancel the subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription but not close your account, contact us by chat or email at least one week before your next payment date . Your account will not be deleted, and you can recover it later if you wish or if you plan to subscribe later.
