Has a training organisation sent you an invitation to join its Digiforma account?
Here's how to proceed for your first login:
First time signing in to Digiforma
1️⃣ Check the address you need to provide to identify yourself
Your training organisation has sent you an invitation to a specific email address:
This email is now your login to sign in to Digiforma. If you use multiple email addresses, be sure to check the email in question:
2️⃣ Then click on the invitation link or copy it into your browser in an Incognito Mode window
You will be redirected to the page below: 👉 If this is your first time signing in to Digiforma, you will need to click on "Create an account" to set your password.
3️⃣ Use the email address that was invited
To use the invitation, you must enter the email address from the invitation you received to create your account, then set your password:
4️⃣ Confirmation of the access link for the training organisation
✅ Once you've created your password, you can consult and then check the box to accept the General Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy before clicking on "Accept:"
💡Remember to save your login details so you can find them easily.

Other cases:
🙋♂️ You have already created a Digiforma account, linked to another email addresses:
When clicking on the invitation link, you may receive this error message: "This invitation link is invalid or has expired."
If you have already had Digiforma access (free or paid account), linked to an address different from the invitation, then you will simply have to disconnect from the software by clicking on the 'Digiforma' button at the top right.
After logging out, you can then go back to step 2️⃣:
Then click on the invitation link, or copy it into your browser in private browsing.
