If you're conducting face-to-face training or training for a specific company (with travel), Digiforma offers you the option of adding these places within the session, to be able to share this information with your students, clients, teachers or simply to organize the training centre rooms. Here's how 👇
1️⃣ Save locations in the database
To add your training locations or rooms, go to the "Data" tab in your account and then select Training Locations . In the database, click "Add a place:"
Fill out the information using the available fields and when you're ready, click "Save:"
💡 If it's a room in your centre, you don't need to enter the address or price data, just give it a name and save. These fields are designed for centres that rent rooms for their training.
2️⃣ Add a place to a session
By default, in a training session you can only add one location, from the "Students/ Dates" tab of your training session, at the bottom of the page:
When you add the location within the session, two options will appear available:
Indicate that the training is carried out remotely
Indicate that the training will take place in a specific place, so you must indicate the room or enter the address (if it is not already in your database)
The place you add here will be the one that Digiforma will use to create your documents.
🚨 Note: so that the Digiforma takes the address into account and uses it efficiently, we advise you to fill it out completely:
Street Number + Street Name + Zip Code + City + Country
But that's not all! If you need to add multiple places within the same session, that is also possible. Keep reading 👇
🕒 Add the locations for each class in Digiforma
Go back into the "Students/ dates" tab. Now we're going to create or modify the attributed dates to select a specific place for each individual class or course within each module:
And then 👇
🗒️ Show the different locations in the document templates
You can show the added places in the document templates if you wish. To do this, from the Account tab > document templates, select the document in question and use the "Customer date table" label:
When you generate the document, you will have details of the dates and rooms for each day:
