In Digiforma, you can track the quality of a training session in the Tracking > Quality compliance tracking tab of your session.

You can also find the overall quality of your training in the Quality compliance tracking section, with the results of all your quality assessments classified by year.

1️⃣ Use the Activity Report > Quality Monitoring 📊

How to use comprehensive quality tracking?

  • Go to the Performance Reports > Quality compliance tracking menu.

  • Choose the theme for which you want to have an overall quality report:

    • Per session

    • By programme

    • By trainer

    • Progress

  • Select the type of assessment to include in your overall quality report

    • Pre-training assessment

    • On-the-spot satisfaction assessment

    • Delayed satisfaction assessment

    • Quiz

💡 Please note that in order for assessment/ questionnaire items to be included in your comprehensive report, your questionnaires must include scored questions:

To view this area, first go to your Library > Assessments tab

Choose an assessment template that you'd like to create or update:

At the bottom of the page, you will see the menu that allows you to add scored questions:

How can I export this comprehensive quality report?

Once you have displayed the information you want, you can export this overall quality report by clicking on "Export."

Note: This table allows you to obtain averages on the assessments/ evaluations recorded on the software sessions.

The details of the evaluations are available in each training session.

2️⃣ Use the quality report by programme

How to establish a quality report by programme?

If you link the same programme to multiple sessions, then the software can aggregate all the quality assessments into one overall report per programme. To take stock of the quality of a specific programme:

  • Go to your Library > Course programmes

  • Select the programme of your choice

  • Click on “Quality”

You can then see the sessions that used this programme and the responses given to each assessment.

The date filter allows you to view the responses and satisfaction rates for a given period. This allows you to identify additional dated quality indicators.
Then obtain the programme quality report in PDF format by clicking on the "Generate file" button.
