Digiforma allows you to customize your email templates to send all your documents directly from the platform.
To do this, go to the Settings > Email Templates tab:
Select the email template you want to edit within the section you want.
Just as with document templates, you can edit the text and add HTML tags, so that Digiforma automatically retrieves the information corresponding to the tag when sending the email:
To use the email templates you've created, simply go in to the session you need, click on the Management icon, and then be sure and generate the corresponding document, which will automatically be attached to the email. For this article, I've used the example of the formal Course Start Notice.
Once the document is generated, you can send it by email by clicking on the associated icon.
Once you've opened the menu to send your email, you will click on the dropdown menu next to "Email template" and then select the template you want to use to send the document:
