Why doesn't my eLearning activity sequence appear in the Learners' Portal?

You have created an eLearning sequence but the learners don't have access to it: This may be because it is not attached to the right module.

When eLearning activity sequences are added, they are assigned to all the modules in the training session.

Please remember to attach your sequence to the relevant module in the session. If no module is checked, the sequence will not be visible in the Learners' Portal.

If a sequence or a client is not assigned to any module, a warning message appears in red.


👀 Make activities visible in the Learners' Portal

Choose the desired training session, and then click on the Learners' Portal menu icon of the eLearning tab. Be sure check the box labelled "Always visible" if you want the sequence to appear.

Please note: If you have checked the module and the activity sequence still does not appear in the Learners' Portal, there's no need to panic. Simply contact our support team, specifying the session and the eLearning sequence that are not working properly ;)
