🖥️ Where are the Digiforma servers located?
Digiforma servers are located in Europe (Ireland) in the AWS data center through the web application hosting company Heroku (a subsidiary of Salesforce).

💡 Note: Since the creation of A World For Us in 2009, there have been no incidents, losses or breaches of customer data, or major breakdowns of the Digiforma software since its launch in mid-2017.
🧯What would happen if there was a fire in one of our data centers?
Every day backups are made in several locations in Europe (3 data centers in Ireland and another 3 in other European countries).

In the event of a serious crisis or catastrophe, we will be able to restore our entire infrastructure within a week.
🔐 How is data encrypted?
All data exchanges between your browser and the Digiforma server, on the one hand, and between the software and the database, on the other, are encrypted using the SSL Wildcard protocol (Gandi Standard SSL CA 2).
Databases are continuously protected by physical backups, and data is encrypted on disk in AES-256.
🔑 Who has access to my data?
The data is your exclusive property, as described in the Digiforma Terms of Use. Access to them is restricted to your account only, and can only be accessed with your username and password.
📑 What is the password management policy at Digiforma?
Digiforma passwords must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one symbol, one number, and one lowercase letter.
