To access this part of Digiforma, go to the Settings tab > My Brand - Online Catalogue:

What is this page for?

This page replaces the Online Catalogue page of the application, as well as certain parts of your Profile, to allow you to centralise your data and help you to have a unified brand image.

Thanks to this, you can consult and modify your data that appears in the Online Catalogue from a single page.

How does it work?

To access it, go to your organisation's Account section and click on My Brand. This will take you to the settings page, which has two sections: "General setup/ settings" and "Configuration specific to the online catalogue."

1- General setup or settings

The General Settings page allows you to manage the comprehensive data that can be displayed in your Online Catalogue.
From here you can manage:

  • Your organisation's logo and General Terms of Sale, which you can upload from your computer or from a Drive, Dropbox or Box link.

  • The color of your organization, which will be displayed in the top banner of your online Catalogue.

  • General information, such as the date the organisation was founded, its history, its slogan, or a YouTube video introducing the organisation.

  • Teaching team description, where you can present your team to your potential clients and students.

  • Your contact information, including phone number, email address and website.

  • Your LinkedIn page to stay connected to social networks.

  • A link to your website's Privacy Policy, to show potential clients that you are GDPR compliant.

  • A 250-character description of your training center's default accessibility policy.

If you have made any changes to one or more of the fields in this section, remember to click the Save button at the top of the page before leaving:

In your catalogue, your information is automatically formatted so you can highlight your culture and values and start building a relationship with your potential customers:

2- Configuration specific to the online catalogue

When you first set up the Online Catalogue, you will be asked to enter an address for your online catalogue.

⚠️ Please note: The web address can only be set up once

After you have set up the address, you can view the URL and modify the following information:

  • Your catalogue thumbnail (the little icon that appears at the top of the tab on some sites, like the famous purple D on your favorite training management software 😉 ) . For optimal viewing, we recommend importing it in one of the following formats: 48 x 48 pixels or 96 x 96 pixels.

  • the Google Analytics ID for tracking your website

  • The canonical URL , used to point search engines to the original copy of your catalogue (if you have set up a reverse proxy to your catalogue)

  • The custom pre-registration URL, to configure the link to which the Pre-registration button in your catalogue will redirect potential customers.

From this page you can configure the pre-registrations, that is, the requested data and the mandatory data for any pre-registration in the Catalogue.

Don't forget to click Save after making any changes 😉

And now you're ready to design your entire brand!
